Validation & Accreditation

Italia Conti’s BA (Hons) Acting course combines the advantages of specialist vocational drama training with the benefits of validation by the University of East London. Our programme specification can be found here.

We believe that conservatoire based training within higher education offers the best environment in which to prepare actors for successful careers. Our graduates leave with the artistic resources and industry knowledge necessary to succeed, with the essential reflective skills to evaluate their work and contribute to the art form itself.

Accredited by Drama UK

Drama UK was created in 2012 following the merger of the Conference of Drama Schools (CDS) and the National Council for Drama Training (NCDT). The accreditation is a quality mark which is only awarded to vocational drama schools that offer a conservatoire level of training. For more information please visit the Drama UK website
